With its steadfast links with the traditional farming community, Ensors is ideally placed to offer a specialist service for meats from local organic farms. Being close to the area where the livestock is reared ensures a minimal transit time and high levels of care and animal husbandry.

Ensors' comprehensive organic product offer extends across the company's entire accredited production facilities. Products and services include livestock processing, primal cutting & catering butchery through to the manufacture of high quality meat products. All products are produced from Livestock which is sourced from the company's own approved organic livestock network, or in the case of contract processing from the customer's own certified organic producer source.

Organic poultry products are also available in addition to Ensors' own red meat product range.

A partnership with a co-operative or organic farmers from within the Forest of Dean and District has been formed to develop 'Ensors Organic'. This is a home delivery service selling simple, healthy and nutritious organic meats direct to food conscious individuals and families.
